Create your tahc account and install the chat widget on your website in under 5 minutes.
Get tahc up and running on your website in 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to dash.tahc.ai/signup and create your account. No credit card required for the 14-day free trial.
During onboarding, enter your website URL. tahc will automatically crawl your site to train the AI on your content.
tahc will crawl your website pages. This usually takes 1-3 minutes depending on your site size. You'll see a progress indicator.
Step 2: Test Your AI
Before installing the widget, test that your AI can answer questions:
- In the dashboard, go to Test AI
- Ask a question about your business
- Check that the AI responds accurately
If the AI doesn't know something, you can add more content to your knowledge base later. See Training Your AI.
Step 3: Install the Widget
Add this code snippet to your website, just before the closing </body> tag:
<script src="https://app.tahc.ai/widget.js" data-workspace-id="YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID"></script>Replace YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID with your actual workspace ID. You can find this in Settings > Widget in your dashboard.
Platform-Specific Instructions
- WordPress — Use our WordPress plugin for one-click installation
- Shopify — Add the code to your theme's
theme.liquidfile - Squarespace — Go to Settings > Advanced > Code Injection
- Wix — Use the HTML embed feature
- Other — Add to your HTML template or use a tag manager
Step 4: Verify Installation
After adding the code:
- Visit your website
- Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner
- Click it and send a test message
- Check your tahc dashboard to see the conversation
Your tahc chat widget is now live. Customers can chat with your AI 24/7, and you'll be notified when they need human help.

How long does the free trial last?
The free trial is 14 days with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Can I use tahc on multiple websites?
Each website needs its own workspace. You can create multiple workspaces in your account.
What happens if the AI can't answer a question?
The AI automatically offers to escalate to a human agent when it's not confident. Customers can also request human help at any time.
Do I need to know coding?
No! The basic installation just requires pasting a code snippet. For WordPress, we have a plugin that requires zero coding.
