Then everything changed.
The founders left. Drift was sold to SalesLoft. Momentum vanished. The product stopped evolving. Then came a major security breach, handled poorly — trust gone. Soon after, the mobile app broke. Notifications failed. Conversations disappeared.
The tool I trusted to connect people started letting them down.
So I decided to rebuild it — from scratch.
