    • Age Restrictions

    Users under the age of 18 require consent of a parent or guardian to use this Service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

    Premium accounts include additional features and capabilities. Subscription terms include:

  • **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • **Payment Authorization:** You authorize Tahc to charge your payment method for all fees

  • **No Refunds:** All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law
  • **Failed Payments:** Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of service

    You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the dashboard. Changes typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in loss of features or data.

    Acceptable Use

    We use OpenAI's API for AI functionality. Your use of AI features is subject to OpenAI's terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for OpenAI's services, availability, or changes to their platform.

    No Professional Advice

    The Service and AI responses do not constitute professional advice. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as:

    Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

    No Consequential Damages:

    Tahc SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption or downtime
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Any other indirect or consequential losses

    • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Liability Cap:

    Tahc'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • The total fees paid by you to Tahc in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • One hundred dollars ($100)

    • Exceptions:

    Indemnification
