Managing Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, update payment methods, and manage your subscription.

Everything you need to manage your tahc subscription.

Viewing Your Subscription

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar.

Click Billing

Open the Billing section.

View details

See your current plan and billing info.

You'll see:

  • Current plan
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method
  • Recent invoices

Upgrading Your Plan

How to Upgrade

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Click Upgrade

View available plans.

Select new plan

Choose Starter+, Pro, or Enterprise.

Confirm upgrade

Review changes and confirm.

What Happens

  • New features available immediately
  • Prorated charge for remaining billing cycle
  • No double-billing

Prorated Billing Example

If you upgrade mid-cycle:

  • Current plan: $19/month (Starter)
  • Upgrade to: $39/month (Starter+)
  • 15 days remaining in cycle
  • You pay: ~$10 prorated difference

Downgrading Your Plan

How to Downgrade

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Click Change Plan

View all plan options.

Select lower plan

Choose your new plan.

Confirm downgrade

Review what you'll lose and confirm.

What Happens

  • Current features until end of billing cycle
  • New plan starts at next billing
  • No refund for remaining time
  • Review feature loss before confirming

Downgrading may cause you to lose access to features. Review carefully before confirming.

Before Downgrading

Check if you'll exceed limits:

  • Team members (may need to remove some)
  • Knowledge base articles (may need to delete some)
  • Features (orchestrations, API access, etc.)

Updating Payment Method

Changing Card

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Click Payment Method

View current payment info.

Click Update

Enter new card details.

Save

Confirm the change.

Payment Security

  • Card details secured by Stripe
  • We never see your full card number
  • PCI compliant

Viewing Invoices

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoices
  3. View all past invoices

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice date
  • Amount charged
  • Plan details
  • Payment method used

Downloading Invoices

  • Click any invoice
  • Select Download PDF
  • Use for expense reports

Canceling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Click Cancel Subscription

At the bottom of the page.

Tell us why

Optional feedback helps us improve.

Confirm cancellation

Review what happens and confirm.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access continues until end of billing cycle
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within 30 days
  • After 30 days, data is deleted

Getting a Refund

Within 30 days of payment:

  1. Contact [email protected]
  2. Request refund
  3. Processed within 5-7 business days

Switching to Annual

Why Switch

  • Save 20% on your plan
  • Lock in current pricing
  • Fewer billing hassles

How to Switch

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Click Switch to Annual

View annual pricing.

Confirm

Review total and confirm.

Prorated Credit

If switching mid-cycle:

  • Credit for remaining monthly time
  • Applied to annual payment
  • Start new annual cycle immediately

Team Member Limits

At Your Limit

If you can't add more members:

  1. Upgrade to a higher plan, or
  2. Remove an existing member

Approaching Limit

Review team needs:

  • Are all members active?
  • Anyone who should be removed?
  • Time to upgrade?

Billing Notifications

What You'll Receive

  • Payment confirmation — After each charge
  • Payment failed — If charge fails
  • Upcoming renewal — 7 days before
  • Plan changes — Confirmation of changes

Update Email

Change billing email in Settings > Billing > Billing Contact.

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

  1. Check card details
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Update payment method
  4. Retry payment

Can't Downgrade

Might be because:

  • Too many team members
  • Too many knowledge base articles
  • Active features not in lower plan

Solution: Remove excess resources first.

Invoice Missing

  1. Check spam folder
  2. Verify billing email
  3. Download from dashboard
  4. Contact support if needed

Enterprise Billing

For Enterprise customers:

  • Invoice billing available
  • NET 30 terms
  • Purchase orders accepted
  • Dedicated billing contact
